Today I got a lovely new little lens for my camera. My first lens purchase for this fabulous play thing of mine, and it is magnificent. The light out at five o’clock was a little too harsh for fantastic photos, but I did get some good ones regardless. I purchased this one, the Canon EF 50mm f1.4. I’ve been dreaming/reading about since seeing it recommended on Danielle Thompson’s blog.This is one I captured I especially like, and I have to say, where has this red brick been all along? I’ve lived in my house for two years and just noticed it across the street. And yes, we’ve gotten just a smidge of hair cut off this week. And she had enough to send to Locks of Love!
